George Dickel No. 12 is a Tennessee whiskey produced by the George Dickel Distillery in Tullahoma, Tennessee. Made from a mash bill of roughly 84% corn, 8% rye and 8% malted barley, it is charcoal mellowed via the Lincoln County Process, aged in new charred oak barrels, and blended from whiskies of varying maturity for a deep, assertive character. Bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV), it delivers notes of caramel, vanilla, oak and light spice with a smooth, lingering finish.
