George Dickel Single Barrel 15 Year is a cask-strength Tennessee whisky from Cascade Hollow Distillery, made from a mash bill of 84% corn, 8% rye and 8% malted barley. Each barrel is aged a minimum of 15 years, mellowed via the Lincoln County charcoal-mellowing process, and bottled individually by hand at its natural barrel proof without chill filtration, so proof and flavor vary slightly bottle to bottle.
