Gin Mare is an ultra-premium Mediterranean gin from Spain, distilled at MG Destilerías in the fishing village of Vilanova i la Geltrú. Created in 2007 by Marc and Manuel Giró, it is distinguished by its use of Arbequina olives alongside thyme, rosemary, basil and citrus botanicals, each macerated and distilled separately before blending.
