The GlenAllachie 12 Year Old is the flagship expression of the independent Speyside distillery, an unpeated single malt matured in a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks, virgin oak, and red wine barriques. Bottled at a natural 46% ABV without chill-filtration, it offers rich, sherry-influenced flavors of sweet spice, dark roasted coffee, stewed apples, and cocoa.
