Gonzalez 1939 Mezcal is a Joven Blanco mezcal made from 100% Espadin agave (8-10 years old) harvested in the highlands of Oaxaca, Mexico, and produced using traditional artisanal methods. It is clear in color with aromas of smoke, raw agave, tropical fruit and citrus, and a deep, full-bodied taste of smoked espadin, citrus and herbal notes with a soft, silky finish.
