The original Grand Marnier expression, created in 1880. A French orange-flavored cognac liqueur blending approximately 51% aged Cognac with distilled bitter orange (Citrus Bigaradia) essence and sugar. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof). Distinguished by its iconic dark rounded bottle, red wax seal, and red ribbon (Cordon Rouge).
