Hamilton Breezeway Blend is a rum crafted by Ed Hamilton, blending Hamilton White Stache—a light-bodied 87-proof rum distilled mainly in Trinidad with some Guyanese and Dominican Republic rum—with a small amount of funky Jamaican pot-still rum. Bottled at 42.5% ABV (85 proof), it shows a subtle straw color with notes of ripe banana and tropical fruit, designed to work well in tiki and tropical cocktails.
