Hamilton Demerara Overproof (151) Rum is a 151-proof (75.5% ABV) blend of aged pot and column still Demerara rums from the Diamond Distillery in Guyana, including distillate from historic wooden pot stills. Imported in bulk at cask strength and proofed down in Westfield, NY without additives, it is a high-proof mixing rum favored for tiki cocktails, offering notes of molasses, dark fruit, brown spice, and smoky tobacco.
