Heaven Hill Heritage Collection 19 Year Old Kentucky Straight Wheat Whiskey is a 2025 limited annual release showcasing Heaven Hill's wheated mash bill (51% wheat, 37% corn, 12% malted barley). Non-chill filtered and bottled at 100 proof, it was distilled in August/September 2005 from barrels aged on the fifth and sixth floors of rickhouse Y, making it the oldest wheat whiskey ever released by the distillery.
