Hidden Barn Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Small Batch is produced at the Neeley Family Distillery (DSP-KY-20039) in Sparta, Kentucky, spearheaded by master distiller Royce Neeley and blended by Jackie Zykan. Made from a 70% corn, 20% rye, 10% malted barley mash bill, it is fermented with wild-caught Kentucky yeast, double pot distilled, and matured in seasoned American white oak barrels, yielding a small-batch straight bourbon typically bottled in the 106-110 proof range.
