High West A Midwinter Night's Dram is a limited-release straight rye whiskey from High West Distillery in Utah, made from a blend of straight rye whiskeys finished in French oak port wine barrels. The port cask finish imparts notes of dried fruit, plum, cinnamon, and vanilla atop the spicy rye base, bottled at approximately 49.3% ABV (98.6 proof).
