Rendezvous Rye is High West's flagship whiskey, a blend of straight rye whiskeys sourced and aged roughly four to seven years (historically including a high-proportion MGP 95% rye mashbill and, when available, aged Barton rye), bottled at 92 proof. Unlike many straight ryes that use the legal minimum of 51-53% rye, Rendezvous is crafted with a high-rye mash bill for a robust, spicy yet balanced flavor profile, and is released as an evolving seasonal/limited batch.
