Insolito Añejo is a 100% Blue Weber Agave tequila produced by the Herrera Brothers at Premium de Jalisco, a distillery high in the Sierra del Tigre mountains of Mazamitla, Jalisco, Mexico. Made from a blend of 80% highland and 20% lowland agave, twice distilled in stainless steel stills and aged to develop notes of ripe apricot, cooked agave, honey, and orange blossom with a smooth, full-bodied finish. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).
