Jameson Irish Whiskey is a blended Irish whiskey produced by Irish Distillers at the New Midleton Distillery in County Cork. Made from a blend of pot still and fine grain whiskeys, it is triple distilled for smoothness and matured in a mix of bourbon and sherry casks for a minimum of four years, yielding a smooth, mellow taste with notes of vanilla and spice.
