Mezan Chiriquí is a Panamanian rum from independent bottler Mezan, distilled in the Chiriquí province of western Panama and aged in a tropical climate for around three years, first in ex-bourbon barrels and then finished in ex-wine casks. It is sweet and fruity on the nose with notes of honeyed peaches, apricot and white pepper, alongside vanilla, caramel and toffee.
