Michter's US★1 American Whiskey is an unblended small-batch American whiskey distilled and bottled in Kentucky, aged in whiskey-soaked American white oak barrels (rather than new charred oak) to achieve a distinctive flavor profile of deep butterscotch and vanilla notes, hints of caramel and dried fruit, with a ripened fruit finish. Bottled at 83.4 proof (41.7% ABV), it never contains grain neutral spirits, giving it its "unblended" designation.
