Mount Gay Eclipse is the flagship rum from Mount Gay Distillery in Barbados, a blend of column-still and double retort pot-still rums aged in charred ex-bourbon American whiskey barrels. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), it offers a light-to-medium body with aromas of vanilla, banana, caramel and spice, and a slightly oaky, burnt-sugar palate, making it a versatile sipping and mixing rum.
