Mount Gay XO Triple Cask Blend is a premium aged rum from the Mount Gay Distillery in Barbados, established in 1703 and known as the world's oldest rum distillery. Crafted from molasses and distilled using both column and pot stills, this blend is aged in three distinct cask types—ex-bourbon, ex-cognac, and ex-American whiskey barrels—yielding a rich, smooth rum with notes of vanilla, caramel, baked fig, toasted almond, and oak.
