Nikka Yoichi Single Malt is a no-age-statement Japanese single malt whisky from Nikka's Yoichi distillery in Hokkaido, released in 2016 as the permanent replacement for the brand's discontinued age-stated Yoichi expressions. Bottled at 45% ABV from 100% malted barley matured primarily in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, it is vatted from various malt whiskies to express a balance of peaty, smoky, and fruity aromas typical of the Yoichi house style.
