Oak & Eden Wheat & Spire is a wheated bourbon whiskey made from a mash bill of 51% corn, 45% wheat, and 4% malted barley, aged in charred American white oak barrels. After aging, a seasoned and toasted French Oak "spire" (a spiral-cut piece of wood) is added to each bottle for in-bottle finishing, imparting peppery, sweet flavors with notes of butterscotch, floral spices, and peppercorn. Bottled at 750ml, it has won Platinum and Gold medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and the Sip Awards.
