Old Elk Master's Blend Series Double Wheat is a blend of straight wheat whiskey and straight (wheated) bourbon, both distilled by master distiller Greg Metze for Old Elk Distillery at the Ross & Squibb Distillery (formerly MGP) in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Aged roughly 6-8 years and bottled at 107.1 proof, it offers notes of pretzel dough, caramel cream candy, and warm cinnamon on the finish.
