Old Elk Sour Mash Reserve is a limited-release small batch straight bourbon whiskey from Old Elk Distillery in Fort Collins, Colorado. Crafted by Master Distiller Greg Metze, it uses the brand's signature high-malt mash bill fermented with a unique yeast strain, then matured for over six years before select barrels are blended into each small batch release.
