Old Grand-Dad Bottled in Bond 7 Year Old is a Kentucky straight bourbon produced by Jim Beam (Beam Suntory) using the brand's signature high-rye mash bill (63% corn, 27% rye, 10% malted barley). Aged at least seven years in charred new oak barrels and bottled in bond at 100 proof, it offers bold notes of cinnamon spice, caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, dark fruit, and nuts.
