Old Soul Bourbon Cask Strength is a blended straight bourbon produced by Cathead Distillery in Jackson, Mississippi, using whiskeys distilled in Mississippi and Indiana and aged on-site. Bottled uncut and unfiltered at cask strength (proof varies barrel to barrel), it shows dark copper color with orange rind, vanilla, and fresh leather on the nose, leading to a sweet, smooth entry with toasted oak, baking spices, dried cherry, and rye spice on the finish.
