Paquera Mezcal Espadin is an artisanal mezcal from El Camarón, Yautepec, Oaxaca, made by producer Valentín Orozco López from mature Espadín agave (Agave angustifolia). The agave is roasted in a conical earthen oven, milled with a horse-drawn stone tahona, naturally fermented in pine wood barrels, and double-distilled in copper pot stills, yielding a joven mezcal bottled at 42.5% ABV.
