Penelope 17 Year American Light Whiskey is a limited-release expression distilled from a mash of 99% corn and 1% malted barley at the former Seagrams distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana in 2006, then aged 17 years in second-fill oak barrels. Bottled at cask strength (138.8 proof / 69.4% ABV) without chill filtration, it offers a smooth, mellow profile with notes of honeycomb, browned butter, creme brulee, and cinnamon frosting.
