Plantation Rum Single Cask Collection – Australia 2009: a limited single-cask rum distilled on copper pot stills at the Beenleigh Artisan Distillery in Queensland, Australia, from molasses. Aged 11 years in ex-bourbon casks before being shipped to Maison Ferrand's cellars in France for a further finishing period of about 4 months in a Palo Cortado sherry cask. Bottled at 45% ABV (91 proof) as part of Plantation's Single Cask Collection.
