Planteray (formerly Plantation) Barbados 5-Year-Old Rum is a double-aged blend of pot- and column-still rums from the West Indies Rum Distillery in Barbados, matured first in ex-bourbon casks in the Caribbean and then further aged in ex-Cognac Ferrand casks in France. Bottled at 40% ABV, it offers notes of tropical fruit, vanilla, and caramel, and is enjoyed neat or in cocktails.
