Providence Dunder & Syrup is the second bottling from Distillerie de Port-au-Prince (Haiti), the makers of Providence rum. Made using traditional methods from a base of Cristalline cane syrup and fresh cane juice, this unaged "blanc" rum is pot distilled and bottled at a robust proof, delivering an intensely flavorful, funky, terroir-driven expression of Haitian rum.
