Redbreast 12 Year Old is a Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey produced at Midleton Distillery from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills, and matured in a combination of ex-bourbon American oak barrels and Oloroso sherry-seasoned Spanish oak butts, yielding a rich, spicy, fruit-forward whiskey bottled at 40% ABV.
