Redemption Straight Bourbon is a pre-Prohibition style straight bourbon whiskey from Redemption Whiskey (MGP/Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits), made with a high-rye mash bill (roughly 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley) that gives a smooth, balanced profile with notes of vanilla, caramel, and spice, aged to meet the "straight" bourbon designation of at least four years.
