Redwood Empire Rocket Top is a Bottled-in-Bond straight rye whiskey from Redwood Empire Distilling in Northern California, made from a mashbill of roughly 89% rye, 5% wheat and 6% malted barley. Aged at least four years and bottled at 100 proof under the Bottled-in-Bond Act, it is cut only with water from the Russian River Valley aquifer, yielding an orange-copper spirit with notes of caramel, oak, vanilla, stone fruit and baking spice.
