Rhum J.M Épices Créoles is an aged rhum agricole from the J.M distillery in Macouba, Martinique, part of the "L'Atelier des Rhums" cocktail-focused series. Distilled from fresh sugarcane juice on a Creole copper column still and aged a minimum of three years in a mix of French and American oak barrels of varying char levels, it delivers baking-spice notes of brûléed sugar, black peppercorn, ginger, and clove with a finish of lemon verbena and white pepper. Bottled at 46% ABV.
