Rhum J.M Terroir Volcanique is an agricole rum from Martinique, crafted from estate-grown sugarcane cultivated in volcanic soil at the foot of Mount Pelée. Master Blender Karine Lassalle blends three-year-old rhums aged in heavily toasted and double-charred American oak barrels, imparting smoky, mineral, and earthy notes reflective of the volcanic terroir. Bottled at 43% ABV.
