Ron del Barrilito Two Star (Calidad Extra) is a Puerto Rican rum produced by the Fernández family at Hacienda Santa Ana in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, since 1880. It is aged 3 to 5 years in ex-Oloroso sherry casks using traditional pot and column still methods, bottled by hand without chill filtration or artificial coloring, and is bottled at 86 proof (43% ABV).
