Ron Zacapa Centenario 23 is an aged rum from Guatemala made from the first pressing of virgin sugarcane honey rather than molasses. It is matured using the Sistema Solera process, blending rums aged up to 23 years in a variety of casks that previously held bourbon, sherry, and Pedro Ximénez wine, resulting in a smooth, rich, and complex flavor profile. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).
