Saint James Imperial Blanc is an unaged white rhum agricole from Martinique, produced under AOC guidelines from fresh sugarcane juice distilled on Creole column stills and rested briefly in stainless steel tanks (never oak) before bottling at 50% ABV. It offers vibrant, grassy cane notes typical of agricole rum and is a popular entry point into the category, widely used in classic rum cocktails like the Ti' Punch.
