Star Hill Farm Whisky is the first wheat whiskey produced at the Maker's Mark Distillery, named for the company's 1,100-acre Kentucky farm. It is a blend of two wheat-forward mashbills — one of roughly 70% soft red winter wheat and 30% malted barley, the other 100% malted soft red winter wheat — yielding a rich, sweet, caramel-and-cinnamon-forward American wheat whisky released in limited annual batches.
