Still Austin Cask Strength Bourbon is a straight bourbon whiskey from Still Austin Whiskey Co. in Austin, Texas, made from a mashbill of non-GMO white corn, Elbon rye, and wildfire malted barley. Bottled undiluted straight from the barrel at cask strength (around 116-118 proof), it offers a deeper, more intense expression of the distillery's standard straight bourbon, with notes of brandied cherries, butterscotch, dark brown sugar, and rye spice.
