Mezcal Unión Uno Joven is an artisanal, handcrafted mezcal produced by a collective of Zapotec families in the Sierra of Oaxaca, Mexico, blending farm-grown Espadín and wild Cirial agave. The agave is roasted in earthen pits for several days and fermented with natural yeasts using traditional methods, yielding a smoky, honeyed spirit bottled at 40% ABV.
