W.L. Weller Antique 107 is a Kentucky straight wheated bourbon bottled at 107 proof (53.5% ABV), produced by Buffalo Trace Distillery. Known as "The Original Wheated Bourbon," it uses wheat instead of rye as the secondary grain, giving it a full-bodied, robust flavor with notes of vanilla, sweet fruit, and spicy cinnamon on the finish.
