Zafra Master Reserve 21 Year is a Panamanian rum distilled at Las Cabras Distillery under master blender Francisco "Don Pancho" Fernandez, made from molasses and aged for at least 21 years in ex-bourbon barrels. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), it offers notes of currants, pears, apricots, vanilla, and nutmeg.
