New Riff Sour Mash Single Malt is an American single malt whiskey from New Riff Distilling in Newport, Kentucky, part of the distillery's ongoing Malt Whiskey Project. It is a blend of malted barley whiskeys distilled in a column still and doubler, matured in a variety of cask types, with a minimum age statement of 7 years (some barrels aged up to 9-10 years).
